I loved the unfinished version. It worked so well with your backdrop and lighting. I'm sure Elliot loves the painted version more, though :) It gives an entirely different effect and is, of course, brighter and more festive. But the plain version really appealed to me.
I love the backdrop of the little house and, like you and Desiree, the plain version does rather appeal to me! You've done really well with the whole thing though.
I also loved the unfinished version strange how some things will look better before they are finished, that said the finished one does look good too but I do prefer the unfinished one.......
Perhaps a village is in order? Then you may have several houses in different stages of completion and design! I love your creativity in any shape and form! Hugs~
